The schedule for the upcoming student council elections in the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy has been released.
Filing of candidacy commenced today, March 23, and will conclude on April 1 at 5:00PM. This will be followed by the announcement of the initial list of candidates, alongside the start of filing of protests, on April 5. The deadline for protests and the release of the final and official list of candidates is set 6 days after on April 11.
For students who may have difficulties in participating in the remote elections, registration for manual voting will begin on April 18 and will end on May 1. Likewise, the campaign period will begin on April 18 and will conclude on May 1.
The Miting de Avance will commence on April 29, to be conducted per cluster and will end on April 30.
Following the last day of campaign period, the university-wide and college student council elections will be on May 2 at 8AM until May 8 at 6PM. This will be followed by the canvassing of votes and the proclamation of winners from 6PM onwards.
The official announcement of winners will be held on May 10.
Meanwhile, post-election protests will be accepted from May 10 until May 18 at 12 noon.
