<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\nNag-amok at namaril ng pitong sibilyan ang isang lasing na sundalo dahil umano sa isang alitan sa isang pista kapistahan sa Bukidnon noong Oktubre 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ang sundalo ay kinilalang miyembro ng Retooled Community Service Program (RCSP) ng 72nd Infantry Battalion, ulat ng Mt. Apo Subregional Operations Command New People\u2019s Army – Southern Mindanao Region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Batay sa mga saksi, naglalaro ng \u201chantak,\u201d isang ilegal na sugal, sa Brgy. Calapaton ang naturang sundalo nang makaalitan niya ang isang biktima. Nagsimulang magpaputok ang sundalo gamit ang kanyang .45 kalibreng pistol. Isinugod sa ospital sa karatig bayan ng Kibawa ang mga nasugatan, kasama na ang lasing at sugarol na sundalo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ayon sa mga nakalap na impormasyon, sa Brgy. Metabago talaga nakadestino ang sundalo, pero pumaroon sa Brgy. Calapaton para sa isang pista. May mga nagsasabing agresibo na ang nasabing sundalo bago pa man ang pag-aamok nito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ayon sa isang Grade 11 student, inatake umano siya ng sundalo nang siya ay namili ng pagkain sa Brgy. Dalurong. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Batay rin sa ulat ng SMR, ani Junie, isang magsasaka, noong una ay tila hindi pa mapanakit ang mga sundalo at ang ilan pa raw ay tumulong sa ilang gawain sa lugar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ngunit matapos ang ilang linggo, naging pasimuno umano ang mga sundalo ng inumanat sugal tulad ng pagsasabong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kaugnay ng pamamaril, hindi ito ang unang kaso ng pang-aabuso ng mga sundalo Nito lamang 24 ng Oktubre, Linggo, limang sibilyan ang pinatay ng PNP-Masbate matapos ang isang alitan sa pagitan ng pulisya at ng Bagong Hukbong Bayan (BHB) sa Brgy. Bugtong, Mandaon, Masbate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ang RCSP ay sinasabi umanong paraan ng pamahalaanupang palakasin ang pwersa ng militar sa kanayunan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
