MESSAGE OF THE CHANCELLOR TO THE UPD COMMUNITY (Blackout Version)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear members of the UPD community:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No reason to feel
Anxieties, fears, and griefs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We cannot simply exit
UP is isolated from other universities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is our mandate:
Taking away opportunities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We took steps to ensure
More were affected<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have pushed workers
So that our operations don’t cease<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the faculty and students:
We cannot, as we usually do<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond our control: delayed students,
And our overworked staff<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compromising is very hard
We should stop trying<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Business-as-usual in the university
These policies are great burdens<\/p>\n\n\n\n
