{"id":4031,"date":"2022-03-07T19:53:01","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T11:53:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/csspsinag.wordpress.com\/?p=4031"},"modified":"2022-03-07T19:53:01","modified_gmt":"2022-03-07T11:53:01","slug":"reklamo-ni-calida-sa-rappler-comelec-deal-niresbakan-ni-badoy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sinag.press\/news\/2022\/03\/07\/reklamo-ni-calida-sa-rappler-comelec-deal-niresbakan-ni-badoy\/","title":{"rendered":"Reklamo ni Calida sa Rappler-COMELEC deal, niresbakan ni Badoy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Maaalalang kabilang din si Lorraine Badoy sa mga na-fact-check ng Rappler matapos niyang i-red-tag ang Makabayan Bloc na \u201curban operatives\u201d umano ng Communist Party of the Philippines-NPA-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) sa isang Facebook post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n<!--noteaser-->\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sinag.press\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/ni-ron-imperial.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sinag.press\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/ni-ron-imperial.png?w=462\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4014\" width=\"96\" height=\"149\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Naghain ng reklamo si Solicitor General Jose Calida ngayong Lunes, Marso 7, sa Korte Suprema upang ipawalang-bisa ang fact-checking agreement ng Rappler at COMELEC para sa Halalan 2022 dahil nilalabag umano ng mga fact-checks ang freedom of speech at expression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maaalalang nauna nang nagbanta si Calida, tumatayong abogado ng gobyerno, noong Pebrero 28 pa buwagin ang memorandum of agreement (MOA) sa pagitan ng COMELEC at Rappler hanggang Marso 4 o hindi kaya pormal itong maghahain ng reklamo na kanya na ngang ginawa ngayong umaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakasaad sa MOA na magiging parte ang Rappler sa pag-aalerto ng mga fake news ukol sa Halalan 2022 at paggawa ng mga materyal ukol sa voter\u2019s education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bagay na dati nang ginagawa ng media outfit sa kanilang inisyatibang #FactsFirstPH at artikulong nagtatama ng mga balitang mapanlinlang, kulang, at pawang kasinungalingan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Giit ng Rappler, pareho ang tono ni Calida at Benhur Abalos na campaign manager ni \u201cBongbong\u201d Marcos Jr. na wala raw kredibilidad ang news agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noong Sabado, Marso 6, nakapanghihinalang naabisuhan ni suspended lawyer Larry Gadon ang isang Viber group ng mga reporter na itutuloy ni Calida ang paghain ng reklamo sa Korte Suprema.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matatandaang pang-habambuhay sinuspinde ng Korte Suprema ang pagka-abogado ni Gadon matapos niyang i-harass sa isang bidyo si Raissa Robles, isang mamamahayag, ukol sa komento ni Robles sa buwis ng mga Marcos. Kasama si Gadon sa senatorial slate ni presidentiable Bongbong Marcos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naglabas naman ng pagsuporta ang National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) sa isang press conference matapos maghain ng reklamo si Calida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa nasabing press conference, nagpahayag ng pagsuporta kay Calida sina Presidential Communications Undersecretary Lorraine Badoy, ex-rebel soldier at former undersecretary Abraham Purugganan, at National Press Club (NPC) president Paul Gutierrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maaalalang kabilang din si Lorraine Badoy sa mga na-fact-check ng Rappler matapos niyang i-red-tag ang Makabayan Bloc na \u201curban operatives\u201d umano ng Communist Party of the Philippines-NPA-National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF) sa isang Facebook post. Dahil dito, nagbabala si Badoy na kakasuhan niya ang Rappler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BASAHIN: <a href=\"http:\/\/bitly.ws\/p4tk\">http:\/\/bitly.ws\/p4tk<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iginiit naman ni Paul Gutierrez noong 2020 NPC forum na si Marcos Jr. ang \u201ctunay na ikalawang pangulo ng bansa\u201d bagaman si Bise-Presidente at presidentiable Leni Robredo ang nanalo. Nagtatrabaho rin si Gutierrez sa Philippine Journal group of publications, pagmamay-ari ni Leyte 1st District Representative Martin Romualdez na pinsan ni Bongbong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayon naman sa panayam ng Rappler kay Constitutional Law professor Dan Gatmaytan, hindi nilalabag ng MOA sa pagitan ng COMELEC at Rappler ang konstitusyon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAny law or official that requires some form of permission to be had before publication can be made, commits an infringement of the constitutional right. The MOA does not constrict the press in any way,\u201d dagdag ni Atty.
