Samantala, lagpas 400 ang bilang ng extra-judicial killings (EJKs) liban pa ang mga may kaugnayan sa droga, at lagpas 500 ang bilang ng frustrated EJKs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dagdag ni Andres, ang gobyerno dapat ang nangungunang dumepensa sa buhay ng mga mamamayan. Ngunit, sa katunayan, ang rehimeng Duterte ang mismong naglalagay ng mga ito sa panganib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bago pa man ang pagpaslang kina Chad, ilang beses na silang niredtag ng estado at pinaratangang miyembro umano ng NPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tinaniman din ang katawan nito ng mga baril at pampasabog upang pagmukhaing nasawi sa pekeng engkwentro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Talamak ang panreredtag ng estado sa mga indibidwal tulad ng New Bataan 5 na patuloy na nagsusulong ng panawagan ng iba\u2019t ibang sektor.
