Peter Cayton, ang hindi paggalaw ng mga numero ay dulot ng tinatawag na Law of Large Numbers kung saan nawawala ang pagkakaiba-iba kung pinagsasama-sama ang boto mula sa iba\u2019t ibang presinto. Aniya, dapat bumaba sa lebel ng presinto para maghanap ng ebidensya ng mga pandaraya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ani ng iba, hindi kapani-paniwalang pare-pareho ang pagtaas ng bilang ng mga boto sa dalawang magkatunggali. Dagdag pa rito, ang mga akusasyon laban sa COMELEC ukol sa palpak at maanomalyang halalan dahil sa pagkasira ng halos 2,000 vote counting machines (VCM) at pagpapatakbo sa tax evader at anak ng diktador na si Marcos Jr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mula ngayong Mayo 12, ibinasura na ng COMELEC en banc ang lima sa anim na disqualification cases laban kay Marcos Jr. na kasalukuyang nangunguna sa partial at unoffical tally ng COMELEC. Nauna nilang ibasura sa antas ng division ang mga kaso at wala pang disqualification case laban kay Marcos Jr. ang pabor sa mga nagpetisyon nito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mayo 10, nagprotesta ang iba\u2019t ibang grupo sa harap ng COMELEC Main Office sa Intramuros upang panagutin ang komisyon sa kanilang kapalpakan ukol sa ulat ng mga sirang VCMs, election-related violence, voter disenfranchisement, at pagmamatigas ng komisyon na hindi pahabain ang voting hours sa kabila ng mga rasong nabanggit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TINGNAN: <a href=\"https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/ytv26jce\">https:\/\/tinyurl.com\/ytv26jce<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Giit din ng mga grupo na dapat itakwil ang nakaambang pagkapanalo nina Marcos Jr. at Sara Duterte dahil sa mga anomalya sa halalan at kasaysayan ng kanilang mga krimen sa bayan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayon naman kay PPCRV Chairperson Myla Villanueva, sa isang panayam sa midya noong Mayo 10, iimbestigahan nila ang nasabing anomalya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen we saw it this morning, we asked some academic institutions \u2026 and I invited them to look at the data. At the moment, since this afternoon, they have recorded no irregularities in that pattern,\u201d ani Villanueva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayon sa PPCRV kahapon, sinuri na ito ng Pamantasang Ateneo de Manila at Unibersidad ng Santo Tomas. Samantala, inanyayahan din nila ang Unibersidad ng Pilipinas at Pamantasang De La Salle upang suriin din ito. Batay naman kay PPCRV spokesperson Vann dela Cruz, hindi pa dahilan ng pagkabahala ang nasabing 68:32 ratio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang PPCRV ang itinuturing na \u201ccitizens arm\u201d ng COMELEC. Ito ang manwal na nagbibilang ng mga pisikal na mga balota upang siguraduhing tugma ang bilang ng mga boto sa automated na bilang ng COMELEC. Ito ang magsisiguradong wala talagang anomalya sa bilang ng mga boto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mula 6:15 n.g. kagabi, Mayo 10, 4,925 physical election returns na ang nakukuha ng PPCRV upang bilangin. Mayroong total na 106,000 election returns mula sa buong bansa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bagaman hindi pa kakailanganin ng PPCRV ang mga boluntaryo hanggang Mayo 15, maaaring magbigay ng donasyon para sa mga kakainin at iinumin ng mga boluntaryo. Bukas naman ang pagtanggap para sa mga PPCRV volunteer para sa Mayo 16 hanggang 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa kabila ng paggigiit ng COMELEC, PPCRV, at iba pang bansa gaya ng Estados Unidos at Tsina, tuloy ang protesta ng iba\u2019t ibang grupo laban sa mga naitalang anomalya sa eleksyon na higit pa diumano sa bilangan ng mga boto.
