Please refer to the links below for each graduating batch’s registration form.

Sablay 2022: https://bit.ly/3ykXxqi

Attendance and safety protocols

Each graduating student is entitled to one (1) companion each from the initial two (2) guests per attendee rule. The RCC notes this rule is “final and is non-negotiable,” given the current pandemic situation. Likewise, the adjustment was made in accordance with the guidelines provisionally set by the University Health Services (UHS) Post ECQ-Team (PETs).

As per the College Executive Board’s (CEB) estimate during the previous Seniors’ Assembly last June 22, there may be around 800 attendees, inclusive of the students’ guests. They primarily emphasized that safety protocols must be ensured and that the guidelines to be set must be approved by the university’s Anti-COVID Task Force.

Consequently, senior citizens are permitted to attend, given that they are fully vaccinated with a booster shot, and are the parents of the student. Likewise, immunocompromised individuals will also be allowed in the venue; however, a clearance from their physician must be secured, and the risks of attending must also be taken note of.

In relation to possible contingency plans in cases where an attendee may test positive following the graduation rites, close monitoring of the guests’ seating arrangements and attendance will be ensured “for easier contact tracing.” The CSSP SC, alongside undergraduate volunteers, is committed to providing assistance on the matter.

Sablay 2020-2021

The previous graduating batches, Sablay 2020-2021, are advised to keep posted on the decision of the RCC on whether they will be included in the initial graduation ceremony set on July 30, or if they would have to wait until a later date.

This is in accordance with the proposals laid out by the CSSP SC, adapted from the suggestions given in the sensing forms, as well as in consideration of the prevailing conditions.

Nonetheless, Sablay 2020-2021 have previously aired their expectations on being able to march at their graduation ceremony.
