Nakatakda nang\u00a0 magsimula ang full face-to-face classes para sa mga pribado at pampublikong paaralan sa Nobyembre 2022, ayon sa anunsyo ng Department of Education (DepEd) sa Order No. 34 ngayong araw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Nakatakda nang  magsimula ang full face-to-face classes para sa mga pribado at pampublikong paaralan sa Nobyembre 2022, ayon sa anunsyo ng Department of Education (DepEd) sa Order No. 34 ngayong araw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Batay sa panukala, hindi na kakailanganin ng dagdag pang inspeksyon o rekisito sa pagpapatupad ng limang araw na F2F na klase sa mga paaralan. Para sa mga pampublikong paaralan na nagpapatupad na ng limang araw kada linggo na face-to-face classes, ipagpapatuloy lamang ito sa paparating na school year. Para sa mga paaralang hindi pa naipapatupad ang face-to-face classes, magkakaroon ng slow transition mula sa unang araw ng klase hanggang Oktubre 31, 2022. Para sa slow transition, maaari pang magpatupad ng blended learning modality at full distance learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dagdag dito, mandatong simulan agad ang F2F na set-up pagdating ng Nobyembre 2, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bubuuin ng 203 na araw ang paparating na school year maliban sa Alternative Learning System (ALS) na bagaman magsisimula rin sa Agosto 22, magdedepende ang huling araw ng klase sa mga napag-aralan na ng mga mag-aaral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maaari namang sundin o baguhin ng mga pribadong paaralan at mga state\/local universities and colleges (SUCs\/LUCs) na mayroon ding basic education o K\u201312 classes ang nasabing school calendar. Maaaring magsimula nang hindi mas maaga kaysa unang Lunes ng Hunyo at hindi lalampas sa huling araw ng Agosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ipapatupad rin ang mga nakasaad sa Order No. 34 sa buong bansa anuman ang COVID-19 alert level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samantala, gaganapin ang enrollment mula Hulyo 25 hanggang Agosto 22. Pormal na bubuksan ang susunod na pang-akademikong taon sa Agosto 22, 2022 at takdang magtatapos sa Hulyo 7, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mula noong ipasara ang mga paaralan Marso taong 2020, isa ang Pilipinas sa iilang mga bansang hindi pa lubusang nakababalik sa pre-pandemic na sistema ng pagtuturo. Lagpas dalawang taon ang inabot bago magkasa ng anumang plano ang DepEd para sa pagbabalik-eskwela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tinatayang mayroong 48,000 na pampublikong paaralan at 12,000 na pribadong paaralan o 60,000 na mga paaralan sa bansa ang inaasahang babalik sa face-to-face classes ngayong taon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa kabila nito, nananatili ang mga panawagan ng sektor ng kabataan at kaguruan para sa tunay na ligtas at inklusibong pagbabalik-eskwela. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaya naman giit ng Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT) at iba pang miyembro ng Makabayan bloc, dagdagan ng P32 bilyon ang budget para sa Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) ng DepEd, Department of Science and Technology (DOST), at iba pang mga state universities and colleges (SUCs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c…these amounts are needed so that all public basic education schools under the operation of the DepEd, its attached agency the PHSA (Philippine High School for the Arts), the DOST, and the [SUCs] will be provided with the appropriate physical requirements including classrooms with adequate ventilation and air filtration, basic utilities like water, and facilities for handwashing and sanitation,\u201d ayon sa ipinasang resolusyon kahapon, Hulyo 11, nina ACT Rep. Frace Castro, Gabriela Rep. Arlene Brosas, at Kabataan Rep. Raoul Manuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bagaman matagal nang ipinaglalaban ang muling pagbubukas ng mga paaralan, iginigiit sa ipinasang resolusyon na marapat itong maging ligtas para sa mga mag-aaral, guro, at iba pang mga kawani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nakaraan nang nagkasa ng pilot run ng F2F na pagbabalik-eskwela noong Nobyembre 2021 sa ilang mga paaralan. Ayon sa dating kalihim ng DepEd na si Leonor Briones, tagumpay itong maituturing sa kabila ng umiigting na krisis sa edukasyon, kakulangan sa paghahanda, lantad na presensya ng militar, at kawalan ng pondo at suporta para sa ayuda ng mga kaguruan at mag-aaral. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pagpapaalala sa resolusyon, \u201cIn the schools having face-to-face classes now, many teachers, parents, and students have expressed their worries about the lack of water; insufficient sanitation and handwashing facilities; classrooms with insufficient ventilation and air filtration; lack of support for the PPE of teachers, school staff, and students.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
