Nakatakda bukas ang huling pagbasa ng House Bill 7352 o ang panukalang nagtutulak ng pagbabago ng saligang batas sa pamamagitan ng isang Constitutional Convention.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giit ng mga tumututol dito, hindi maaaring pahintulutan ang pagbabago ng saligang batas dahil sa gitna ng lumulubhang kalagayan ng taumbayan, pawang interes ng mga nakaupo ang isinusulong nito. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
