Si Tejada ay isang freshman mula sa UP Manila na naging biktima ng \u201cNo Late Payment Policy\u201d ng pamantasan. Dahil sa kakapusan ng perang pambayad sa matrikula, napilitan si Kristel na mag Leave of Absence o LOA matapos hindi payagang makapag-enroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bago ang kanyang pagpanaw, sumulat pa si Tejada sa iba\u2019t ibang mga opisina sa loob ng pamantasan ngunit hindi pa rin siya pinagbigyan na makapagpatuloy ng kanyang pag-aaral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bagamat mayroong ilang mga tagumpay sa sektor ng edukasyon sa loob ng labindalawang taon gaya ng libreng edukasyon sa kolehiyo, nananatili pa rin ang kolonyal, komersyalisado at mapaniil na porma ng edukasyon sa ating bansa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nagpapatuloy pa rin ang iba\u2019t ibang mga isyu sa loob ng pamantasan gaya ng kawalan ng sapat na pondong nagdudulot sa kawalan ng maayos na mga pasilidad, kakulangan ng slot sa mga klase at pagkabibinbin ng institusyonalisasyon ng mga opisina gaya ng psychserv na makatutulong sana sa pagpapagaan ng dalahing bitbit ng mga Iskolar ng Bayan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
